InitVent Consulting is launching a flagship professional training program designed to produce AI Automation Engineers & Entrepreneurs – skilled in no-code AI, workflow automation, chatbot building, and AI-powered business innovation.

We’re looking for a passionate Trainer and Module Expert in AI Business & Entrepreneurship Mentoring to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct practical 3-hour sessions (slides, demos, and hands-on tasks) focused on AI-powered business innovation and entrepreneurship.
Mentor participants through real-world automation projects.
Provides training to management for dealing with medical and behavioral problems.
Provides counseling to employees in the program.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.
Evaluate assignments and provide improvement feedback.
Collaborate with InitVent curriculum and media teams.
Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in AI automation tools (Make, n8n, Flowise, ChatGPT, etc.), with a strong background in AI business applications and entrepreneurship.
Strong teaching, presentation, and mentoring ability.
Professional integrity and enthusiasm to grow Bangladesh’s AI talent.
A licensed psychologist in the state of California (PhD)
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with our staff and faculty
Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
Strong computer skills to maintain accurate and complete documentation
